I think you should Show him the downs of being a baby, tell him you want to be a baby then you have to be in bed early, no even in crib, and do not allow him to go out by himself, even when he wants to play, like that he will experience the downs. Maybe even put him in diapers (of course only in house when no one is there), don’t let him sit by the table, so he will see the downs of being a baby
