I had no idea that MSG could cause all of those problems after reading that brochure. I am also appalled at all the names it can hide under.
We checked our normal foods and it is in almost all of them. I thought our fresh produce would be safe too, but after looking at some other sites about the subject I learned that it can even be in some pesticides and get absorbed into the plant. I believe a specific one is called Auxigrow?? and is used mostly on grapes in California.
I feel like it's a conspiracy or something! We are going to have to overhaul our entire eating habits. Thanks for the info!
